Highlights
- Today we starting our sorting unit in math. Students were asked to sort themselves when put into a small group. Ask your child how they sorted in their group (boys/girls, ages, height)
For writing today, students have been looking at the differences between walking stories and climbing stories. (Walking stories are detailed stories about one thing, climbing stories have characters, a problem and then the problem gets solved)

Please save any newspapers or flyers and start bringing them to school. We will need A LOT of newspaper for a building project with Scientists in School in April.

*Permission forms for the session with Scientists in School were sent home today. Please sign and return to school.

Each class will also need 5 parent volunteers the morning of their workshop. Please let your child’s teacher know if you are able to volunteer.
