There was a substitute in for Mrs. Diduch today.

Ms. Bain’s class:  Ms. Dixon (student teacher) came to visit us this afternoon.

Reminders
Multicultural Night is coming up in March.  Students are invited on their own time, to create a poster to represent the event. The theme for the poster is “Voices around the World” Be creative!!! These will need to be completed before the end of February.

Homework
Reading- Can you summarize or retell the story?  Are there any words you do not understand?  How can you find out the meaning of unknown words?

Highlights

It was pink shirt day!  Our school was a sea of pink today as a way to show students and staff are against bullying.

Ms. Bain: We put a picture on Iris today.

Mrs. Diduch:  We are mastering our doubles Math facts and played an awesome game. Look in the homework folders for your home copy to play. Cut up number cards 1-10 and pot in a cup to draw from. Your child can teach you how to play.
