Highlights

Ms. Bain: We have started our Science unit about the 5 senses.

Substitute teacher in for Ms. Bain in the afternoon.

Mrs. Diduch: We made our names in Braille after learning about blindness.

•    February 12-13: Teacher's Convention - non-instructional days

•    February 14: Valentine's Day. No commercial Valentine's cards, please. Students are learning how to write notes of kindness in class.

•    February 16: Family Day - non-instructional day

•    February 20: Kindness Assembly at 12:45pm in the gym.

•    February 26: Pink Shirt Day

•    March 19-20: Student Led Conferences

Homework

Spelling tests will be sent home Monday.

Home Reading: Please record your daily home reading on the blue Reading Log. Keep this log in your purple folder. 

Mrs. Diduch: Tell and Show: Next week students will present their clues and illustrations for objects beginning with 'L'.  Friday students will be able to share their clues on Monday.  (we will be back on track with Tell and Show after next week. )
