Highlights
We played a math game where students had to create the smallest
and largest numbers they could with different number cards. (This helps students develop an understanding
of place value.)
We are having a spirit
day tomorrow to celebrate Earth Day.
Students are invited to wear blue and gold (our school colours).

Hills School Cookbook update
Thank you to
everyone for supporting our cookbook venture by submitting a delicious
recipe! We are asking families to please check your recipe(s), make any
additions or changes to it on the sheet and initial it. It is important that
you send the recipe back to your child's classroom teacher for tomorrow,
Thursday April 21st.
Once all the
recipes have been received back, we will be having students personalize their
family’s recipe(s). We will then be preparing the cookbook for printing
and selling in May. The proceeds from this venture will be donated to Brown
Bagging for Calgary's Kids.
