Recently there has been an especially high number of students who are ill at school.  We have been encouraging students to wash their hands frequently and practice good hygiene practices, such as coughing and sneezing into their elbow instead of their hands.  If your child is running a fever, throwing up, coughing or sneezing a lot please show consideration for others by keeping him/her at home until they are better.  This helps prevent colds and flus from spreading through the entire class.

Highlights

Ms. Bain: We learned to take care of our eyes and ears to protect our senses.

Mrs. Diduch: We learned about animal that live under the snow in the winter. The subnevian zone. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Subnivean_climate
