**We have access to a Mandarin interpreter on Thursday night and
Friday. Please let your child’s teacher
know if you would like to set up a time with both the interpreter and the
teacher. Unfortunately we are not able
to get interpreters for other languages at this time. However, if you would like an interpreter in
the future, please let your child’s teacher know.

Homework:
Home reading/Raz-Kids
reading: Each child has been sent a paper book to read
tonight. After your child has read their
book to a parent, older sibling, guardian, etc. please initial the log sheet
indicating that the reading was complete.
Information was also sent home if students would like to use the
online Raz-Kids reading program. If
students choose to read the Raz-Kids books instead of the paper books, please
have them record the title of the book they practiced on the log sheet.
Printing homework
Print 2 lines of letter “c” and 2 lines of letter “a” in the blue
homework books (with a finger space between each letter).
When forming letter “a”, make sure your child makes the “c”
shape first (this helps prevent them from circling in the wrong direction).
Reminders:
-Ms. Bain’s class: Please
return your library books tomorrow because we are going for our 2nd
library session.
-Library books must be returned in the Library book bag. This helps prevent the books from becoming
damaged.
-Please send a water bottle with your child each day.
