Terry Fox
We are less
than one week away from our schools Terry Fox Run! Lets ramp up our
fundraising efforts for this amazing cause. It is the 35th anniversary of when
Terry began his journey to raise awareness and funding to help find a cure for
cancer. You can donate online by clicking on the link below or by bringing in
cash donations to your homeroom teacher.
Feel free
to share the link below with family, friends and coworkers to help us raise as
much as we can for the Terry Fox foundation.

Fox run is Wednesday, Sept. 30.

Reading: Online or paper
books. Please sign the reading log.
No printing homework this weekend. Students may continue to form the letters “s,
q, b, e, h, i” in their blue homework books if they would benefit from extra
practice.

In math, we used red and yellow counters to explore
ways to make 6. For example, 1 yellow
and 5 red make 6, 2 yellow and 4 red make 6, 3 yellow and 3 red make 6, etc.
