Tomorrow is our Terry Fox run!! Students are
also encouraged to wear red and white
on this day.
Lets ramp
up our fundraising efforts for this amazing cause. It is the 35th anniversary
of when Terry began his journey to raise awareness and funding to help find a
cure for cancer. You can donate online by clicking on the link below or by
bringing in cash donations to your homeroom teacher.
Feel free
to share the link below with family, friends and coworkers to help us raise as
much as we can for the Terry Fox foundation.
Homework:
Reading: Online or paper
books. Please sign the reading log each
night when you child reads either a
paper or online book. (If they read more than one book, you only
have to write down one of the books and sign it).
Printing: Practice 2
lines of lowercase “l” and “m.”
Ask Me About:
What letters are vowels? (a, e, i, o, u and sometimes y)
Why are vowels important? (Every word has at least one vowel in
it.)
