Highlights
During writing, we started brainstorming ideas
for stories about a treasure chest.
Students will be filling out story organizers and working on their own stories
this week. Our goal is to make our
stories interesting by adding details and description.
In Math, we started to work on strategies to
subtract numbers.
We also started reading the novel “Day of the
Dragon King” which takes place in Ancient China. We practiced drawing a dragon in our sketch books.
