MRS.DIDUCH still needs 2 volunteers for the Heritage Park Field trip. If you can help please let her know asap.

Highlight

Ms. Bain: Today we completed our year-end writing assessment.

Mrs. Diduch: Today our monster masks were hung up in the hallway. Come by and see them on Multicultural Night!

Homework

   Home Reading
Ms. Diduch: A zip lock baggie full of letters were sent home last week. The purpose of these letters is to have the students practice making words like we did in class that day. It is a time for them to show off what they can do. Start with one-letter words, then, two, then three and so on.  I will post the new making words letters each day. Today’s letters were: aalswy

-Please continue to review twelve spelling words each week.

Reminders
WASTE FREE WEDNESDAYS:  Classes are competing to reduce their garbage at lunchtime by bringing a litterless lunch every Wednesday for the month of May.  Winning classes will host the Class Cup or get a recycled bracelet for championing this environmental challenge!
Volunteer Tea: May 26, 1:30pm-2:30pm: Please join us in appreciating the wonderful volunteers at Panorama Hills School. On Tuesday May 26th 2015 from 1:30PM – 2:30PM, we will be hosting a Volunteer Tea in our Gymnasium to recognize and celebrate all that our volunteers do for our school community. Come and enjoy some special treats served by none other than our silver service grade 3 Student Voice team! We look forward to seeing you there!
Panorama Hills School will be hosting our Multicultural Night on May 28
June 3: Heritage Park Field trip
Friday June 5th is Twin Day at Panorama Hills School. You and a friend (or even 2!) can dress the same to be twins for the day! You could wear the same colors, same t-shirt or even have the same hairstyle, the choice is yours. Be sure to ask a friend if they would like to be your twin and show us your best twin outfits on Friday June 5th.
