Highlights
The students met Mrs. Schroeder who will now be teaching
Monday-Thursday mornings in Ms. Bain’s classroom.
In Social Studies we talked about identifying and solving
problems. Some problems can be solved
independently while other problems require support or adult assistance. We are working on taking more responsibility
for solving “independent problems” in grade 1.
(E.g., If my pencil breaks, do I need to call the teacher, or can I just
use my sharpener?)-

(spelling)- Students will be tested on their spelling list near the end of
January.
