Highlights
In Math, we worked
on addition doubles (1+1=2, 2+2=4, 3+3=6…. 9+9=18). We talked about how pictures can help us
remember our doubles. For example, you
can think of the number of legs on a spider to help you remember 4+4=8. Or you can think of a dozen (12) eggs, which
has 6 eggs on each side of the carton to remember 6+6=12. Students were sent home doubles cards to
practice.
Mrs. Goldenberg
also came for character circle and talked to us about “Honour.”
Tomorrow morning is
our liquids presentation from Scientists in School.
