Highlights
In Math, we learned about ordinal numbers (first, second, third, etc.)  We also worked on solving word problems.  We talked about drawing pictures as a strategy to help us find solutions.

In Social Studies, we started learning about maps.  Students love to find different places on the globe.

We read the story “Giraffes Can’t Dance” and made personal connections.  We also started an art project based on this story and we painted our backgrounds today.

Please note that there is no school for students tomorrow.
